Having two children, I find myself battling for ME time.  I need to keep a healthy balance with my mind and my body to be able to keep up with my growing girls!  If I don't take the time to exercise, I find both mind and body become stressed, over-tired, grumpy, and it's a pain to live with me.  A mere ten minutes of yoga each day, more if you can manage, is a great start to becoming more centered on YOU so that you can give your best to your little ones.  That 10 minutes start is included here for you. Together with life's elixirs, like ghee and dal, you can be nourished when the road feels a bit bumpy... consider it a Goodness Gracious Pick-Me-Up for parents!  Raising little ones is no easy task... take time for you.
